She and her team are keeping interest rates unchanged as of now. The Federal Reserve has kept interest rates in the near-zero level for almost a decade. Continued zero interest-rate policy (ZIRP for short) of keeping the borrowing costs low has sparked concerns with investors about potential asset bubbles and inflation.
